Tons of places. One of the most popular places is Xujiahui. When you get out look for the building with a huge glass globe, it's a huge IT store, can't miss it.

XuJiaHui, Line One, Exit 9, Metro City. See Duke downstairs (exit 9 leads to the underground electronics dept).

It all depends on where you live.
If in Puxi then you may follow the advises given above but if you live in Pudong then you can try one of the two pc malls located on zhangyang Road (Century Avenue Station on Subway line 2 then take exit 1)
The first one is located right next to Intercontinental Hotel and the second one is a little bit further near a Ba Bai Ban.
