Here's the deal.....
All of us who are peeved at the incessant spamming by Benson's....
Every single one of us... hit the "Report Post" button and drive the mama's crazy until something is done
I, for one, do not beleive that being a paid advertiser should give you excemption from the TOS.
They should be enforced equally.

Are they paying for ads? I don't think so. Maybe they did previously, but i haven't seen any paid ads. |

We do not allow them to spam and have been moderated quite heavily. Whatever few you have seen, you probably missed the bulk of them. Feel free to report them anytime. You think they would get the message by now. At this point, even if they wanted to pay, I doubt we would take it. It would money down the drain for them and leave us dealing with the spam karma. We have actually called them and told this approach will only result in ill will from the community. |

Seriously though, i can't believe how stupid they are. They have ensured that no one who uses this site will ever visit them. Great case study for marketing 101. HOW TO P1SS OFF YOUR POTENTIAL CLIENTS. |

We can, but it is not a definitive option because.. IP addresses change. IP addresses might belong to an office or a wifi location.. which would result in banning more than the intended poster. AND some of the spammers were posting from as many as 10 completely different IP.. so they were using proxies or doing it from wifi connections. We use it as a last resort and after searching and seeing who else posts from the address and if we think it will actually make it stick. |
