Sure, the OP is being lazy and the value itsn't great... but I know there were tons and tons of times that I used to have to collect fapiao's to cover the cost of non-fapiao'd items. I would simply save personal travel, restaurant, taxi receipts and submit those, along with an internal explanation of what the real expense was for. Was it my fault that certain things weren't issued an official receipt (ie, the fabric market... i spent upwards of RMB12K per month there, but in small quantities... they would only issue those silly non-fapiao things)? Tax fraud? Perhaps. Necessary due to the fact that only official receipts are acceptable? Yes.


Magnolia, I always suspected that you were a shady character, likely to come to a sticky end, and now you give the proof. Tax fraud? Isn't that how they got Al Capone?
