| Post subject: Are you seeking some social interation? |
The idea is to organize a "pot luck" where attendees would bring a prepared food item and a prepared topic to meet once a week (preferably on the weekends.)
The objective to to bring single and interesting people together of all ages and nationalities sharing a common love of food and talk, a culture exchange if you will. Good food, fun and laughs and cultivating new relationships.
This is NOT an English language exchange for those students and workers who want to improve their English for their own selfish career advancement.
If you are single, like to engage in lively conversation, enjoy delicious food and want to meet like-minded others send me a PM. |

If it pushes through, let me know. |

What makes you think it's a "Chinese" English corner? I'm a foreigner who's trying to dissuade those who ONLY want to practice their English. |

irrelevant...just something to cast out and throw away now I guess. Come up with an honest idea and people have nothing to do do but trash it. so much for being friendly. Just a bunch of web trolls anyway. |

Social interaction in Shanghai is not difficult - you only have to utter a noise through your mouth to a local - will be best mates for life thereafter |
