Hi Jupiter, coffeehawk's suggestions is an excellent starting point. Most consulates will ask their citizens to register in case of emergency, so they will have a list of Bulgarian nationals here. In addition they should be able to point you in the direction of specific groups such as business or social groups. Good luck. |
