20th floor loft studio - AMAZING view of pudong (pearl tower & huangpu). building and interior all brand new (I am the first tenant). has bathtub, flat screen etc. all other appliances.

near qipu lu. 10 minutes walk to line 3 & 4 at baoshan lu. 15 minutes walk to nanjing dong lu, 20 minutes walk to the bund.

landlady and building staff are all extremely kind and helpful (which I appreciate even more compared to china standards). pay all utilities on the 2nd floor of the building.

its too far from my work and I need to save money for school. I am very very sad to leave this place, but I have no choice Sad

4650/month short term ok.
