caught "Merry Christmas" on the plane. great anti-war movie.
it's based on a true life story back in 1914 of German, Scottish and French soldiers putting aside their guns on Christmas eve... |

These were my must sees for the week.
Munich - Its oscar time so will win plenty but long at 160 mins very good film.
Hostel - Eli Roths new movie like 2 different films first half like a Cheap Eastern Europeon porn 2nd more gore that Saw 2 I thought including a Cameo role by Mr Takashi Miike ( Japanese Directer)
Sympathy for Lady Vengeance - The last in Park Wook Chan's revenge trilogy better than his first Sympathy for Mr Vengeance, but Oldboy remains king.
S.P.L - Sammo kicks ass as a badass in this hi Octane action thriller with some neat twists and turns thrown in, Donnie Yen still looks camp though. |
