Post subject: handbags!

for a long time I shopped at the church lady on Julu andon shaanxi Lu behind the "shoelaces"..these places have closed. Can anyone recommend anyplace else? better handbags like these places used to have!!

Have you tried Qipu Rd? I did a quick walk through once and saw a few shops that carried some nice quality, but it's been years since I've looked at originals. You have to look carefully since most shops carry cheap knock offs.

PM if you need more details as there are at least 3 buildings that look at alike.

never cared for qiou road shopping. the handbags places I mentioned always had really top quality knockoffs...they have been closed, and I jsut wiondered where they relocated, if they ahve at all.

I am familiar with the place you mentioned. I read/heard the police were cracking down on such places (Shaanxi Rd was mentioned), so I don't know if the owner got the nerve to open another shop.
