Looking for an Italian cuisine chef specializing in Pasta who is looking for a 3 month project to help set up new restaurant business. Anyone interested or have any recommendations? |

My full name is Beniamino Domenico Petrosino.
I was born in Italy 27 March 1955. I am 54yo.
I hold dual New Zealand-Italian citizenship. I have 35 years of experience in ITALIAN CUISINE, in the hospitality industry service and kitchen management at all levels, including food costing, staff rosters, drafting of a la carte menu and menu packages catering for buffet and corporate functions from 40 to 3000 meals.
In the past I have started and owned a Café/Deli, 2 Italian Restaurants (fine dining) and a Fresh Pasta/Gelato Manufacturing business here in New Zealand fo 10 years . My knowledge of Italian Cuisine is extensive and not easily matched. |
