As long as not everyone in the same building is standing in the same side of the building at anyone time, it might be ok.

I reckon the contractor jerry-built the foundation and skimmed a lot of money out of the cash flow from property developer. That is the way they make money.

Wow, that's amazing. When I was working, I used to have dreams about buildings falling down like that. Now that I'm funemployed, the dreams have stopped.
