Post subject: What kind of job in the bank industry for these credentials

Hey all,

I wanted to help someone from the states ask what kind of job she could potentially find here for anyone of you working in HR for a bank or a headhunting firm. She is very interested in coming to explore the oppurtunities in China, but she doesnt' know where to start. It doesn't even have to be Shanghai.

She has worked at Wells Fargo for 10 years back in WA. She is fluent in both Chinese and English, and she has a fairly impressive history.

Her current position is Finance Manager AVP (Assistant Vice President) for Financial Planning and Performance Analysis at Technologies and Operations Group, and Wells Fargo recruited her from University of Washington MBA Program and offered her a position in the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Group in February of 2000, starting off as a financial consultant. She has a (MBA) with Finance and Financial Accounting concentrations, and her BA was for Economics. Her awards include:

Wells Fargo “Service Starts with Me Award” nominee Q2 2004, Q2 2005, Q3 2005
Wells Fargo “Service Starts with Me Award” winner Q3 2003
Key Bank Achievement of Excellence Award 1997
Liberal Arts and Sciences Dean’s List GPA 3.93
School of Economics Honor Society Member
Golden Key National Honor Society Member

We really would just like to know what kind of an oppurtunity is present here for her before I submit her resume to some head-hunting firm.
