Regarding the dog license application- what if you don't live in a "compound" per se? Do we just leave that section blank on the dog license application? Or do we just get the property agent to sign/chop, or the landlord?

Hello there.....
Perhaps ask the Police Station that you got the form from (have a friend who can speak Chinese to translate for you) what is best to do......to make sure....  |

Already figured it out. I had to get 5 of my neighbors to sign her dog license application, which they did (thankfully), saying that they didn't mind me having a dog. |
