What about those who found an excuse to come to this place because we believe there are a lot of excitement / potential / energy / etc... but not quite here for years yet...
We chase dreams / unknown / culture contrasting to that of where we're from / subjects-or-objects for exploration... We put up with what we don't like and what we like we just don't get back home... So this could well be our home of the future... Who knows...

Last month - here are the results - looks like most people who voted are happy with the local cuisine.

Last month we had a question about healthcare and happily most of you seem pretty healthy or at least taken care of . The voting went as follows.
I have international med insurance through my company. 30 Votes

I think economic crisis make shanghai not so entertain to me... its hard to find job here. hard to get high salary, even we have good position in company, its also hard to keep the position. worry worry...

Last month, people let us know that mostly, they were glad to be in China for the current economic crisis. Hope we can still say that in a year or two.
