Particularly for expats in Jinqiao who have a Chinese Ayi working for them, can you ask your Ayis for recommendations? Every Ayi always seems to know someone who would like a job as an Ayi.
American family living in Jinqiao, one 3.5 year old, needs full-time, live out Chinese Ayi. No English necessary. Job is about 1/3 housekeeping, 1/3 afternoon childcare, 1/3 nighttime babysitting (late nights). Salary up to 2000 RMB/month plus 13 month salary for those with checkable references working for foreigners, less (with room to move up) for those without checkable references/experience. Preference will be given to candidates who live near Jinqiao.
