I have a working permit in China, registered under my current company's name
I just found out from Finance that the company never declare my salary to the taxation department and I am not entitled to pay any individual income tax...
I am very concern about this as I am leaving China for good in less than a week time...
Please help!!!!!

You won't have any problems at the airport if that is your worry.
Tax regulations specifically state that it is the employer's obligation to report wages and pay / withhold the applicable tax.

^^just count the days quickly... a week will go by in no time at all.
As underh20 said, they don't do anything to you at the airport and you're not the first to be in such situation....and won't be the last. Thought I don't understand how you cannot tell whether or not your income tax was deducted from your pay or may be I am wrong and they have deducted but never pay it to the tax department ....that is not hard to believe either.

I would like to know if there is going to be any trouble for me to re-enter China in the years to come....
I was told by the company they will do the tax declaration by the end of the year but they missed it somehow ... and again when I checked with my finance its more complicated as I thought as the company has never file/ report my salary to the taxation department...
