The ESPN and StarSports: www.espnstar.com (please check the TV schedule under philippines).
Dream Satellite Basic: RMB 3700 for 55cm Dish, Decoder, Installation and One Year Service.
All Hardware has one year Warranty.
If you already have a working satellite dish, a new decoder is RMB 2900, Delivered, Installed includes 12 Month Subscription. Renew is RMB2200/12 months.
If you LNB broke, It cost RMB200 to replace it.
I will help you move the dish and box if you move into different apartment or house. It only cost RMB600.00

Yeah, I'd like to vouch for Jie and her quality service.
I've never been a fan of MrSatTV ripoff and his obsessive need to reply/counter to every message by someone that dares to have a different opinion with him.
BUT - Jie is great.
I've had my Crystal box for about a month now. I was desperate to have it for the AFL and NRL finals. (Go Parra next weekend!)
On Saturday, there was a temporary problem with many channels going off-air - due in part to the major storms in the Philippines i think. Jie gave me advice over the phone on how to reset the channels - it worked fine 5mins later. Appreciate that very much Jie.
So if you are considering the dream sat, then please go with Jie. You won't be disappointed by her service and advice when required. It was money well spent! |

yes mate Jie is great, because I recruited her to be an agent. I chose carefully and I have given her many referals for her business of helping expats.
She does the same in kind when people want something better than Dream TV. Just because you do not want to pay for more expensive packages does not make another person a rip off. thai and DSTV both cost considerably more than Dream TV. You can see the subscription prices on their respective websites. |

Yeah Monkey..- i'm damn impressed. You win what I win - "peace of mind", that he didn't feel the urge to reply. What a relief! At least until he starts taking the credit for being the one to select Jie. Even if he did....she far surpasses him for character and professional conduct. |

Yes, agree. Jie is very good. We just arrive 2 mths ago and Jie got the Dream TV fixed at my house at super sonic speed because she fully understood the needs of kids...to have their dose of cartoons.
My advice is to go for a good & reliable one like Jie. I got her contact from here. Thanks to SH xpat too! Cheers |

We had trouble with our sat last sunday, I called her in the afternoon and around 7pm some guys were here to fix it!

I have over 100 customers lost their channels on Sunday. I was on the phone with Dream in Phillippine for last 3 days, Do a cross check with Dream. One customer by one customer. Card no by card no. Long 3 days. I checked everyone this afternoon. 98% have their channels back. Thank you all for your patient.
For those who still have not get their channel back, Please send me your box No and card No. I will do my best to help you even you are not ordered box from Me. Cheers! Jie |

No, I don't work for them. I work for myself. I just order boxes from them. I install the dish and box, take care after sale market. Make a liittle pocket money. cheers! |

A belated thankyou to Jie who helped me get my satellite service running again even though I was not one of her customers.
Suffice to say I am now one. My satellite service returned Wednesday night unfortunately I could not post this thankyou as I was away on business.The customer service that she and her team provide is very rare here in Shanghai.

Ok, ok, ok.. I've been biting my tongue on this one but can't stop myself - maybe bigroh can help me out... why does Jim, Mr. Philsatcorp - "SatelliteTV" feel so compelled to lie so much? Specifically this time to lie about Jie - saying he recruited her - which means he is claiming credit for finding her - when he absolutely 100% did not.
Jie is a great person and provides wonderful service - doesn't make false claims and doesn't try to scare and intimidate people like Jim famously has all these years.
She's everything he is not. |
