Post subject: MMA Fight Show 2

We have set up the second ever MMA fight event. Come join us on November 12th at Club Paramount for 5 explosive fights. Doors open at 8 and fights start at 9pm.

2 winners from the last event will return to defend thier title. We have added several experianced pro's to the fight card. This is sure to be full of action. Smile

Pre-sale tickets are 100RMB and just 150RMB at the door. Add 100 RMB at the door if you would like an open bar to go with your fights. Awsome!! Call me for tickets. 15221290931

Paramount again? So long as their management takes note and allows the fights to flow this time around as oppose to the audience waiting 1 hour between fights. Wink

There has been good response so far. I'm hoping we can pack the place again. There are some really big names interested in fighting this time. Trying to finalize the contracts now.

I think he does but those guys were okay in their first fights, just not when they had to fight each other. The fight between the two of them was just bullfeces

Awesome having front row seats to some great fights last time.

Option of open bar this time. Tickets will be 100 presale 150 at the door. Add 100 for the open bar if you want. That way people have a choice of the open bar and choice to purchase early. I would prefer to sell everything before that night so I have a good idea of how many people are coming. So, who wants tickets??? Smile

Awesome! So, like what fight gyms are gunna represent on this show? I know Shanghai has a few martial arts schools but I don't know too much about them. I bet Shanghai BJJ has a few fighters in this right? Nobody can beat a good BJJ fighter. Just look at Royce Gracie.

I'm not sure who else is going to be on this show. Personally, I'd love to fight someone from Shanghai BJJ (or any of the other local gyms for that matter) If anyone there is willing to step up for a 155 bout, I'm game.

Well I just heard a rather interesting rumor. While I'm fighting on this show for free to help promote my new gym, I heard that a certain other gym in town (not to mention any names) not only demanded 15,000 RMB for one of their fighters to show, but also insisted on a less experienced opponent. Weak.

If that rumor isn't true, I would love to stand corrected.

I have a fighter update.

Added to the already impressive card is a K-1 fighter. He will fight Wengbo Liu. Wengbo is the very big Chinese guy that won the main event on October 7th. I will be updateing this site with the event flyer and also pics of the fighters and a little background information tomorrow.

Bad news on my part. I won't be competing next week due to a concussion sustained while training yesterday.

Even though I have no recollection of what happened, I was told that I attempted a flying armbar and landed on my head. All I remember is coming to on the side of a boxing ring wondering how I got there and why my head hurt. That'll teach me to get ambitious. I'll live, but I won't be competing for a while.

Don't let that detract you from going to the show, however. The line up is still awesome from what I've heard.
