help on the F Visa in Shanghai

Post subject: help on the F Visa in Shanghai

I read most of the posted information regarding to Visa but I still have some questions. I hope someone can help me Smile

1. My Visa is expiring on the 24th of May
2. I need an extension of 90 days with 0 entry
3. I want to renew a VISA in Shanghai without living the town
4. I don't have an invitation letter so far

My questions are:
1. The letter from the company has to be signed by the owner or a senior manager would be enough?
2. Does the letter have to be filled in special form? Does anyone has a template to send me
3. If I don't get the invitation letter, what are other options to stay in Shaghai until the end of August. I have another entry, but it requires that I leave the country and it only allows me to stay another 30 days.

I will private mail you with the contact details of a Visa firm in Shanghai that says they can get you a business visa without a letter of invitation, or a tourist visa extention - without yo needing ot leave SHanghai.
