SUS2 is probably the best organization in Shanghai as far as supporting indie music. They have studios to rent out, and run the Gua'er Music Bar.

Yeah, the difference is that the Gua'er is a place you'd want to hang out with your friends even when there is no music, while Harley's is just another half-sports bar, half-dive bar. |
