3100RMB or USD? If it's 3100RMB that's a steal considering it's 2 bedroom and the location is so close to Huai Hai Lu. NOrmally, apartments in this area starts at 4000RMB. Would be great if you can send pictures of point out what buidling. |

The apartment sounds great, but is there any chance of a shorter term lease? We will be in Shanghai for 5 months. Is this acceptable?
