Do landlords in Shanghai have a preference for US$ over the RMB, as far as the paying of rent is concerned?
Would I have more choice / bargaining power if I was willing to pay in US$?
Appreciate your advice, before I go ahead and convert my US$ into RMB.

most owners donot mind really though I paid US$ in house and car rental but exchange rate for US$ to RMB is comimg down in the near and mid future meaning less rmb for your US dollar.
