| Post subject: Red Dwarf: US version |
Got through the first 4 seasons of Red Dwarf, then got a hold of the US version Pilot shows.
My GOD they're terrible! Lister is BORING! Rimmer isn't... Rimmer. Kryton is the exact same person, actor & all. Cat 1 is some boring dork. Cat 2 is Jadzia Dax from Star Trek Deep Space 9. She got LUCKY the US version didn't get picked up.
Looking forward to the Red Dwarf Seasons 5-7 and the movies since then. |

The US version is appalling, just because the original looked cheap it doesn't mean it was easy. So far i'm up to season 7 of the uk one, and i managed to get the movie, back to earth and a dvd with all the smeg ups and smeg outs. All together now 'It's cold outside, there's no kind of atmosphere...' |
