Post subject: anybody know about the new capital gain tax?
i want to sell my apartment, and i got a prospective buyer already. my concern is should i sell now (the price i offer is below market), or should i sell later at higher price (but might be affected by the new capital gain tax rate)
anyone know about this new rate, when will it be in effect, so i can put it into my consideration?
