Anybody here who visited ths new Happy Valley Amusement Park in Shanghai?
Is it fully functional?
Safe?
Crowded?
Any suggestions?

not all rides were operating when i was there (1-2 months ago)
completely safe (duh)
not very crowded but still you'll have to wait in front of the rides (15-60min)
it's a nice park with some nice rides, you can tell it's new but that doesn't necessarily make it better or worse.
if i were you i would only go when the weather is nice
