Post subject: Is there a post-shanxi road flower market somewhere?
I have been trying to look for a flower market to buy cut flowers and small potted plants for home but it seems impossible to find it anywhere. No one seems to know and any leads so far have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help?

There is one on Shanxi Lu, past Fuxing Lu if that's what you mean?
