| Post subject: Live in Yangpu District? |
Are there any communities you'd recommend in Yangpu district? Preferably a villa-type house, but spacious apartment is good, too. |

There are very few villas in Yangpu district so I'd recommend a spacious apartment instead. They usually go for 3-5000,- RMB for a 150 - 175 sqm apartment (benn living there for 2 years before moving to Pudong) |

Yeah. We'll be following you to Pudong after Yangpu. Thanks! |

Yangpu is changing pretty fast and looks pretty good already (it's supposed to be the new XuJiaHui) |

Good to know. I better rush before housing matches that of XuJiaHui--talking about expat housing, of course. |
