Post subject: Live in Yangpu District?

Are there any communities you'd recommend in Yangpu district? Preferably a villa-type house, but spacious apartment is good, too.

There are very few villas in Yangpu district so I'd recommend a spacious apartment instead. They usually go for 3-5000,- RMB for a 150 - 175 sqm apartment (benn living there for 2 years before moving to Pudong)

Yeah. We'll be following you to Pudong after Yangpu. Thanks!

Yangpu is changing pretty fast and looks pretty good already (it's supposed to be the new XuJiaHui)

Good to know. I better rush before housing matches that of XuJiaHui--talking about expat housing, of course.
