Post subject: Where can I meet some decent asian guys?

I'll be studying abroad in SH next semester. just wondering where I can meet some decent asian guys. by decent I mean well-educated, smart, well-dressed guys in their 20s. oh and speaking fluent English of course.

An ABC woman in China has a lot of issues here. Chinese will wonder why your Chinese is so bad and won't understand why you don't speak it properly or can't read or write it.

Expats will assume you're just another Chinese whore. On the other hand, there are a lot of guys here with asian fetishes, so you could probably have your pick of the litter from them, but they're about 90% hairy old fat men who couldn't get a decent girl back home with a million dollar diamond wedding ring dangling around their neck.

The other 10% have amazingly hot local women draped over them like fur coats.

If you're wealthy you can probably pick up a local boy toy, but that's not gonna last because any serious relationship is shattered by the problem that you have more money than he does. An ego killing blow that no local will stand for. He also won't speak a lick of English.

I'm of oriental descent, I am almost a native english speaker (almost because people still think only white-skinned people will qualify to be 'native to english').

I'm well educated enough, smartly dressed, decent (and indecent when the need arises) but in my 30s.

I am good in both spoken and written english, good in chinese-mandarin, fair in chinese-cantonese, chinese-teochew, chinese-hokkien and basic in Bahasa Melayu.

How's that?

Just for clarification, I'm not looking for anyone on this site.And I'm not looking for abcs either.All I'm asking is where I can meet some nice Asian guys, preferable locals with an international background.

I know some locals that fit the bill, but they're all women and you specifically want men. Can't really help you there as the local men I have met are most definitely not internationally minded. In fact, I can only think of one local asian guy on this board who almost kind of fits the bill, and he's a pathetic virgin who despises asian women and wants a blonde blue eyed girl more than anything in the universe.
