Post subject: US Taxes - How to file as a couple???
Anyone here know how to file a joint US federal tax return when the spouse is not a US citizen?

Unless she has a SSN, I don't think she can even appear on your tax return. You'll have to get the IRS give her a taxpayer ID number.
