Post subject: Any legit hairdressers open late?
Preferably around Waitan or Jing'an. Touching down 11pm shortly and don't want to pay ridiculous hotel prices.

I would simply walk around until you find one that's still open with customers. I doubt you'll have trouble finding one but it's unlikely to be one of the big chains who tend to keep more regular hours, closing around 10pm. I've definitely seen girls having their hair done at midnight in smaller salons.

Yes but not for haircuts. By legit you mean police and goverment officials approve right ?
