| Post subject: Look for Doner Kebab Chef |
A new opened western style restaurant in Puxi downtown urgently looks for a Döner Kebab Chef, who has experience to make the original and best Döner Kebab!

i dont normally like spam, but i sure do like doners. where is your restaurant? Are there any kebabs being served now? A dirty doner kebab with chilli and garlic sauce and chips would be great |

I really think there are enough restaurants already in Puxi. Pudong would be an ideal location for another Doner Kebab place. Please someone take note of our plight! |

No, ignore the ignorant masses that settle the barren marshlands of PuJersey, they are a lost cause.
Open up a reasonably priced Doner kebab place in Puxi in the same vein as Ebeneezer's in Hong Kong. |

As Turk is gone for 3 years, we are going to Anadolu. Love the chicken and beef kebabs! Ah, and the bread!!
I wish Anadolu would open a branch in Pudong! I would go every weekend
We just have Antalaya, something like this, and it's really bad
At the fake market in the SSTM we used to go to a Uigur restaurant, quite similar to turkish food, with a delicious beef/lamb kebab, a superb chicken dish and the rice, ahhh the rice was sooo good. But then it got destroyed by fire (heard it was a mafia thing, they werent paying enough) and good-bye
WE NEED TURKISH FOOD IN PUDONG! |

I still have nightmares of when my fav kebab shop closed down back home, replaced by a subway. I resisted subway for 2 years in prοtest.
A good doner kebab shop near some bars would make lots of money. I might study the art myself |

I know Anadolu isn't so great, but it's the only one!
We tried other places, no good...
I still can remember that nice Turk at XiangYang market! Doner were so good, and the spicy chicken baken with mushrooms soooo good!
By the way, D.Original, how is the REAL THING?? what the difference?
My first experience with kebabs was here, so not sure...
But, just to be sure, we are going there today to try the food again, being real or not, its quite good |

And please, no "gourmet Kebab al l'Doner avec spring veg garnishings and red jus" just to justify a high price. A kebab is a kebab, and was not meant to be eaten with a knife and fork, or with a glass of wine.
Traditional British closing-time pre-drunken-fight doner:

But Nanchang lu is still in Puxi, right???
WE NEED TURKISH FOOD IN POODONG!
Last night I tried hard to make a turkish bread, the first one looked like this one above. I could open it and put meat inside. But it wasn't taste yet, but I'm trying hard...
Just came back from Anadolu. Jesus, I ate way too much. That cheese pide is quite good, and the chicken kebab is great, all with a weiz beer to go down.
My mistake: didn't go to toilet when we left, after some huge beers..from Puxi down here JinQiao, I couldn't even breath, oh pain...But I arrived safe at home, after almost killing my son for talking all the way here about drinks, toilets, etc...
I'll try this new place quite soon! |
