People from India, Africa, and the Pacific rim need not apply?

What if... uh... someone who is ethnically Chinese but was born in Toronto. Do they get a free haircut?

Someone who is half western/ half chinese. Do they have to pay half-price?

Afro-Americans are western and get free haircuts, but Whites from South Africa are African, and must pay?

People keep saying that, but I hardly doubt there are many transgender hookers in China.

Honestly, if they exist at all, they'd be few and far between. Especially in China, where homosexuality is looked down upon the way it is.
