| Post subject: Allergy to washing powder (Bluemoon) |
Hi. I've recently discovered that my skin is allergy to washing powder, (I am using BlueMoon 蓝月亮。 My whole body got rashes. Initially I suspect it is due to food/alcohol but after two weeks of monitoring, I believe it is not.
Does anyone has such prolem before and do you have any recommendation on non-bio washing powder that I can easily get in Shanghai... Thanks. |

My gf was allergic to most Chinese-made washing detergents including Tide. My theory is that the chemicals used are a lot stronger in China than the US. We have since switched to non-fragrance, non-chemical detergents like Planet or Seventh Generation from City Shop. Not cheap but no real alternative |

After I bought a Washerball that softens the water and disinfects the laundry, I have had to use alot less detergent (only 1/4-1/3 of original usage) than before which may help as well as it would remive the excess residue you may be getting in your clothes. |
