* The Antidote welcomes Vietnam's party crew JETLAG with Live and DJ sets by MicMac and MauDen. Jetlag has been rocking Hanoi and Ho Chi Min City (Saigon) for a couple years now and have built a nice party scene that's growing strong. These guys are producing a range of electronic music styles, from smart minimal dub techno, to bangin' techno and dirty electro. Influences include Maurizio, Basic Channel, Drexciya, Dopplereffeckt, and booty ghettotech meets dirty electro. Live sets followed by DJ sets. Come hear the new sound of Vietnam!

* About "Thruoutin"

Brad M. Seippel aka "thruoutin" grew up in New Orleans, USA. Thruoutin's style is a mix of IDM-electronics and quirky lo-fi indie pop, with forays into dubstep and zoo-funk. At age 11 his parents encouraged him to play bass guitar and other instruments. As a teenager, Seippel composed his own music taking inspiration from Latin, punk rock and electronic music. He started producing music under the alias "thruoutin" in 2005. In 2008, Thruoutin toured the US and Canada. He's now producing new music from his secret bunker in Ningbo. |
