Post subject: visas 4 working in advertising/not married resident permits
Hi,
I was offered a job in a local advertising agency. They told me advertising was still a closed sector for foreigners and therefor couldn t apply for a working visa for me. They want to hire me with an F visa? Is this legal. Can I get a one year business visa in HK with multiple entry?
On the other side, my girlfriend is an expat here with legal resident permit and working visa. Can I get a resident permit with a certificate proving that we are living together? Is it easy? Who delivers those certificate? What do I have to do? Thanks to any person who can help me
