for about 4 months i moved out from yopark's apartment to another apartment. since then i am trying to get back my deposit. yopark saying that they didnt received the last rent payment but my bankers in germany confirming that they remitted and yopark's bankers confirming my bank that they have received the funds. but somehow yopark saying they didnt received and therefore refusing to return my deposit. did someone had similar experience? |

Not exactly. But it sounds just like something that Yopark (A.k.a - Jokepark) would hit you with.
In my book, these guys are on the lower end of the list - probably last place.
Ask your bank in Germany to give you a copy showing the transfer to yopark's bank account, and then also ask Yopark's bank of a copy showing that they have in fact received the money. I mean, if their own bank say that the money have been transferred, what possibly could Yopark come dragging with that wouldn't allow you to get your money back?
Good luck!

Ask the related files about paying and receiving from the two banks, see what Yopark will say about it. |

the banks communicating to each other with swift emails, yopark's bank sent a reply swift to our bank confirming the receipt with a chinese name (a lady) below. yopark says, we dont know this person. i am turning in circles and trying to figure out what other proof i can provide. any other ideas? ps: bank's swift states 'please be advised that we had contacted the beneficiary (who is in our case yopark) to obtain the required details but they reject returning the fund. we suggest remitter (which is me) to contact the beneficiary directly. best regards) |

usually Yopark will tell you that they have not received the rent, and that it will take some time (weeks) before they can receive it if it was sent through international bank, and because you are not their tenant anymore, they will not pay attention on you.
Try to get a copy of the confirmation that your company has sent the money on this date and a copy of confirmation from your company that yopark has received the money on this date, then go to their office and look for Lily and show the documents to her, she is in charge of what they so called after service. Do not call her because she will not answer your call and she will never call you back. |
