Petite with small bQQbs, 18-28, pretty in face, open-minded, non-virgin, home and car owner, financially secure and able to support me in the manner that I would like to become accustomed would do just fine. |

Okay... so they're a bit on the "slop oil" side, but I LOVE the fiery hot Sichuan long beans with minced pork. |

Shanghai: Hong shao rou. That sweet succulent fatty pork melting on your tongue. Yum. You cant eat too much of it though. And best not to think about where that pig came from.
Do also like that sichuan dish of a bowl full of red chillies, water, oil and chunks of catfish. |

stir fried diced turnip cake in XO sauce with a hint of chilly is also very nice indeed. I'd happily stuff myself with those all day. |

Fen Zhen Rou (Little ribs steamed with rice in bamboo tube.)
Yeah, boiled fish (the one with the oil and peppercorns) is also good, but the bones are annoying.
HeFen (meat rolled in tender rice noodles) is also nice. Basically, anything bought from a Dim Sum trolley at a good place in HK. |

The ribs at South Memory are bigger, cheaper, spicier and meatier than the ones at DiShuiDong. |

There's so much stuff out there you can't pick a favourite! 大闸蟹 the freshwater crabs, fishhead soup - really tasty and 西红柿炒鸡蛋 the simple tomato and fried egg dish are all pretty good! |

What about this?
http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=e87_1258425288
According to this video Chinese devised a way to eat a fish while it's still alive and prod, poke, and eat it which has been deep-fried but is still living and seemingly conscious.
Sounds good I want to try it!! |
