Dear D,
You wrote us a letter asking us to take this puppy off of your hands as you are "too busy". So my husband and I agreed and told you to bring the puppy to us. We sat around waiting for you to contact us back so you could drop off the puppy. Went and got a crate, puppy food and got everything ready and guess what??? you don't call and you don't even have the decency to respond. We have lives too, we both work full time jobs, have animals of our own and and we were decent enough to offer to help you out. HAVE SOME RESPECT and let us know what is going on, if you are keeping the puppy or you found her a home then let us know. It is very rude to ask for help and keep people waiting around.........sorry but I am angry!!!

That's sad, Jolynne.
You guys do a great job for the neglected, and needy animals in this huge city.
I am sure most know that. It is a great shame when you get mucked around like that.
Just reading Dan's posts, seems like a spoilt Canadian boy, who has been given everything here, and does not need to think about others.
(Just reading between the lines, but I bet I am right)
One most likely to miss out is the puppy.

Hi John,
Thank you for kind words. You are right it is not so much about us as it is about that little puppy. I have no idea if she is okay, if she is safe. He wrote to us telling us he is barely home, so that does that mean that she is locked up by herself in the bathroom all day and night? Just the thought of that breaks my heart. My husband and I are still willing to foster the puppy, get her health checked, and there is even an expat family waiting to see pics of her......I just don't understand people sometimes.........

Hi Jolynne, I agree with John that most people know you guys are doing a fantastic job helping the poor animals. It's a shame that the puppy hasn't been rescued due to op's irresponsibility. |
