There's only one costume shop in town worth checking out to prep for any real Halloween party in Shanghai for 2010. I've dressed up for Halloween the past couple of years and to be honest, you're not going to find much in Shanghai. A couple of buddies of mine from the US have a shop conveniently located at Jingan Temple this year and have all the sexiest outfits the ladies are looking for and the Iron Man, Avatar, scary ghosts...and what have you for the men.
