Darshana Yoga Shanghai is a unique community center for healing and planetary health. We have an internationally diverse team of experienced and well-trained yoga teachers. These gifted instructors teach many styles of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, etc.), as well as pranayama (breath-work) and meditation. Darshana Yoga hosts spiritual events and gatherings, and the adjoining Annamaya Café (vegetarian, of course!) is an integral part of our community center.
