As we all know, there are many stray cats and dogs in Shanghai. Many of them were once pets but were abandoned on the street for various reasons. Many kind people here rescued these poor animals and nurse them back to adoptable conditions. In order to assist the rescuers, the first adoption base of its kind recently opens in Baoshan district.
