With that budget you can find a nice and spacious house with 2 rooms in line 4 pudong ave. the place is awsome most tall building there have windows that overlooking the whole pearl tower and all the fancy tall buildings around the bund. You can just take the subway and get out of i think exit 3 on pudong ave line 4. From the just walk around and find any agents and let them know your budget. I would advise you tell them 5krmb first for 2 bedroom with a good view. You know how it is with agent working to get extra dough..if you start with your max 6Krmb they may show you apt that cost more...

One of the few things that place has to offer is cheaper rent that is in the center of shanghai and walking distance to ba babaiban, lujiazhui area century ave...And taxi from there to jingan is only around 40rmb only...
