I've used one before but lost the number. I think I got the number through one of the companies that sells flight tickets. Just ring up and ask. From memory it cost an extra 10-20 RMB for the commission plus delivery.
I dont know what language they speak, I assume it would be Chinese. My Colleague used it twice en she was pretty happy with the less hassle delivery (RMB10 for the delivery fee). Even thou we're in puxi, I know they deliver up to pudong 'coz the numbers I got from my GM's wife who lives in pudong.
No, not a travel agent. I'm studying in Shanghai and have been travelling throughout China for the past 3 years. Can't I even be friendly and offer help? Doh...
dunno... just wondering... coz you didnt offer help openly. For other inquiries, it's kinda possible you would like to help each individual with diff issues. This one is only looking for train ticket, if you could post out what you know, that would be helpful for everyone as well, no??
I don't want to queue at the station. I don't want to talk to anyone on the phone. I want to do it online or if someone that can speak English (since from experience they can't do anything right either even if you spoke fluent Mandarin) to get me tickets and deliver it to my place. I don't mind paying small delivery charges.

Not needed. My Mrs have bought several tickets on behalf of me... Still presenting the passport of course..
