The best is Doug Clarke at Lovells. He's the senior partner there, so not going to be cheap, but he is THE IP lawyer in Asia, and he's Aussie.

Another one is Michael Wadley, senior partner at Blake Dawsons.

My Mrs also is an Aussie laywer, knows her IP stuff and is doing her own independent things, so won't be as pricy. She's still in Aus at the moment though, back in a few weeks. PM me for more details.
