My husband and I are going to move to Shanghai in the early days of Sep. from US.
I have some questions regarding to the Multi-Vitamin and nutrition supplements(such as Omega 3 Fish oi)

1. How many vitamins and nutrition supplements I can bring to Shanghai? any limitation on the quantity?

2. Is there any duty on these items? if so, how much?

There is duty on everything if you bring in lots and intend to sell them off. But if you bring in a few bottles worth for personal use, then you're fine. No one declares anything anymore for personal use.
