we're looking at going to chongming island on a weekend (ie head over early Sat and return Sun afternoon/evening).

what's the best way to get there - i can see that now the new yangtze tunnel bridge has been built this would be the obvious option - so going from Puxi perhaps taxi and bus? Where does the bus take off from, only in Pudong? Otherwise we wouldn't mind taking the ferry which may also be nice...

Any suggestions are welcome! Also any recommendations on where to stay..
