I am moving to SHA from Singapore end of july. I am married with two kids. My office will be in NanJing Xi Lu.

After staying in Singapore for a few years, definitely I want my two kids to be in a decent kindergarten in Shanghai. So my priority for apt is that it should be quite close to the kindergarten of my children. I did some research and found that there are two kindgergartens in JingAn which can accept my kids, they are the NanYang Road Kindergarten and the Kindergarten of the Shanghai Defense District in Ju Lu Road.

Anybody who have an idea about the price range of a decent 2-b-r apt with security in Jingan district which is within walking distace from any of these kindergartens? My budget is around RMB3000 - 6000. Any recommendation of a good agent will also be very appreciated.
