Anyone know where exactly is the Apple store on Nanjing Lu ??

Cross street Huangpi Bei Lu, right next to McDonald's.

It is 388 Nanjing Xi Lu (CIRO PLAZA) tel 021 6334 6153. They are the first in Shanghai and have a good service. If you have problems you can go there and they are even willing to come to your home if your airport does not work. There price is 150% but you can bargain to get the real Apple price. But you have to know what the price is in the online Apple store.

There's only one official Apple store in Shanghai. It's opposite Super Brand Mall in Lujiazui.

There will be a second Apple Store in such a short time? I saw the big apple banner when driving along Huai Hai Rd/Huang Pi Rd a few days ago and I thought my eyes were playing trick on me.

i'm super psyched about this new store... i've been walking by it a lot as i live right down the road off of Huang Pi Lu.

haven't heard an opening date, but i'll be there once i do.

If Unicom have any sense, they will install some street-level transmitters with extra grunt nearby, to stop people from doing a one-eighty straight back to the store for a refund after they switch their new toy on.
