Is the Apple store in Shanghai open yet? I'm a heavy mac user in need of a few accessories.

There are many all over the city. One is in west Nanjing Lu near People square other is in Pudong across Thumb Plaza.

There is one Apple "Official Dealer" inside the PC Mall located on Zhang Yang Road opposite to Ba Bai Ban

There are no Apple stores in Shanghai, only one in mainland China is in Beijing.
God knows why.

The stores here are mostly (un)authorized resellers, including us hehe.

What is the REAL difference between resellers or stores? (of course authorized) I guess for PO is no huge difference or else he can use web store. It should be even cheaper to buy online.

^ I came across this on the internet? Any Validity to it? Also I believe there will be more Apple stores popping up around China since Apple and China Unicom just agreed to a 3 year contract regarding iPhones in China. FUN!

You can pick up accessories at Best Buy if you are worried about them being legit. What in particular, cables or new mouse? There are also iSight stores that seem pretty good.

Hello, if your appel computer is broken Don't go to Sunny in front carrefour in gubei. Is very bad service,I was waiting for the guy repair me computer 2months!! he told me 3days..all the components are no good.the guy sreaming,the guy of this place is the demon in person.this is me advice, I am sure in Shanghai are many places for repair your mac. If you bring your dear appel to this place forget your computer for at list 2.months and after for sure will be no perfect repair. I hope with this advise can help you.
