So impatient. Are you buying or renting? Maybe you can talk to the management office there, they should know. Thats how I found my apartment here, they knew some guy who somehow owned 20+ flats and had no clear idea what to do with them, so he agreed to sell me one at a good price. Otherwise if you want to rent, just find any good agent, or several of them, ask them to look for a deal for you. If its hard to find, better get several agents to work on it, but dont get mixed up if they all find the same flat. Otherwise wait for more replies.
