35000 rmb for Invisalign at Kowa Dental in the Jinmao

If you pay 15000 rmb upfront they give you a platinum card which hasa 15% discount on any dental thing and it will only cost you 29000rmb

Not sure about metal ones

At IMD it cost "approximately" 30,000 for the invisalign these days, depending on how many sets you would eventually need.

It is cheaper in Singapore. The quality is better in Singapore as well. Get it done in Singapore.

My son has been wearing braces for nearly a year now and should have them removed next month. He saw a Singaporean dentist Dr Henry Wong at Healthway Clinic Jinqiao. The dentist is good, professional, kind - and Singaporean. Price was around 20000rmb (naturally it will depend on the procedure required etc) if I remember correctly and you pay the first half at the beginning and the remaining monthly when you go for your visits. I would recommend him.

I wouldn't recommend that you go to a dentist in Singapore unless you can return regularly for your visits. Mine go to Dr Wong every month and I could see that it was necessary. You may need readjustments, you may lose something as you go, you may need a cleaning done from time to time.

Kid was happy with his braces, and now my younger kids want braces too!

Yes I would suggest Dr Henry Wong from Healthway as well. He is Singaporean dentist, professional and competent. He is working at Pudong side.

There are basically many types of braces, the traditional metal ones, the invisible one, so called INVASALIGN, they have the original and made in China version.

The China version works just as well even though it is cheaper.

Whatever it is, it needs frequent adjustments and it is not practical to fly abck and do it.
